To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕節就快到了，聖誕節好自然地想到聖誕大餐，上星期收到Group Buyer試食團邀請，請一班食家一起品嘗美味下午茶，今次有它的代言人細細粒一起陪伴，我有幸地俾groupbuyer邀請，等我這個平時不追星的人可以同明星一起吃下午茶，今次地點是帝盛酒店，帝盛酒店在大角咀開業一年了 ,為了慶祝開業一周年，今次同groupbuyer一起搞試食活動，我已經好耐冇去人多活動了 ,今次因可以同朋友一起去才接受邀請，我估我係最準時到達一個，活動在3:00開始，我已經在2:30到了大角咀 ,其實要行10分鐘才到達酒店，今次是第一次去酒店吃下午茶，仲要好豐富，活動差不多3:20開始了,前菜主要炸野為主，在香港講求健康年代，未免多咗些小，一口芝土球味道尚算不錯，芝土味亦都濃郁，檸檬撻整得味道幾好,有淡淡檸檬味道，亦不會味道太酸 ,餅底亦都好脆，魚餅味道亦都幾好味,西泠牛排煎得太熟了，較難切開牛排，牛排味道亦都可以，魚朳冇咩腥味道，味道亦都幾好,甜品比較一般。曲奇整得太硬亦冇了應有鬆化。大廚同食家交流意見，今次難得開心聚會，帝盛環境亦都幾好,服務亦都好好，帝盛的自助餐勝在選擇夠多
