一行二十人,有大有細到流浮山食飯提早做冬,今次係我第二次來到流浮山食飯,屋企人揀了到小桃園白灼蝦 D 蝦都好新鮮,肉質爽口東風螺東風螺, 夠鮮味,螺肉彈牙辣酒煮花螺辣酒煮花螺就一般,唔夠酒味,又唔夠辣酥炸生蠔粉漿不太厚,外脆內軟,可能蠔當造的季節,很肥美炒老虎班球以西芹清炒,魚皮厚身,魚肉爽口又彈牙, 正!薑葱蠔很肥美,咬下去啖啖肉鮑魚仔蒸得稔身,囗感一流咕嚕豬頸肉味道不錯,食落冇骨,小朋友鍾意炆頭腩 脆漿薄薄,香口唔油膩,可惜我唔鍾意食多骨嘅魚
