越式菜真係都有好一段時間冇食過,朋友介紹話呢間越式菜唔錯,仲要幾有新意,所以前來食下先得。今次我地食 五香豬腩伴鍋巴($48)、脆米紙薄餅($48)、招牌金邊粉($88)、南越蛋咖啡($28)、微藻檸檬薑茶($28)五香豬腩伴鍋巴:鍋巴咬落脆身,食落唔會通左風開始有D淋,再喺上面加上五香豬腩同調味醬汁,惹味得黎口感特別😋脆米紙薄餅:脆米紙食得多,但整成薄餅咁樣真係第一次試😜食之前影下相用左D時間,但食落依然脆身冇淋,而且唔油膩,幾正👍🏻配料方面有越式香腸、青瓜、蘿蔔、香料葉等,味道夠豐富好有層次😋招牌金邊粉:叫得招牌當然樣樣齊備,有牛肉片、牛面珠、牛筋、牛腱、牛肉丸、油條,中意食牛嘅朋友必定要食,因為牛味香濃之餘,肉質亦煮得夠腍,再加埋佢濃郁嘅湯底,成碗金邊粉非常之惹味,食落勁滿足🥰另外佢跟餐時仲有個醬料,將D牛肉點D醬黎食會有另一種風味😉南越蛋咖啡:呢杯咖啡出現喺MENU DESSERT嘅位置,咖啡味香,另外加左焦糖蛋,所以飲落甜甜地,的確幾似係甜品咁😆而且仲有塊餅仔(?)食下,同樣地都係甜味為主,啱晒中意甜嘅朋友仔😄微藻檸檬薑茶:呢杯飲品係好夢幻嘅藍色顏色,非常吸引🤩職員介紹先知道

微藻檸檬薑茶:呢杯飲品係好夢幻嘅藍色顏色,非常吸引🤩職員介紹先知道原來色彩黎至海洋嘅植物成份而非人造色素👍🏻飲落去味道幾清新,既睇得又好味😁
