To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日行過灣仔見到呢間火鍋店新開張，所以即刻去試一試。一上到去個feel已經好唔同，周圍好光猛，d位都幾舒服，最新奇係佢既電爐，可以放埋枱布0係上面打邊爐都唔驚燒著。我最欣賞佢個梳乎厘湯底，面頭既梳乎厘有成寸厚，而且擺幾耐都唔會塔，切開之後個底竟然係蕃茄湯﹗食到我地拍晒手掌。仲有好搞鬼既水果丸，牛丸、豬肉丸同墨魚丸入面有不同既生果，雖然煮熟左都分唔到咩生果打咩生果，但係勝在夠創新，同埋食落唔洗咁膩。埋單每人百五蚊，論環境同食物級數，呢個價錢絕對抵食﹗
