Electric Ave在西環打起名堂, 成為本港手工漢堡包的出色Player之一, 西環店結束營業之後, 休息了一會就在中半山再營業. 新店面積不大, 保留着罪Sharp醒的霓虹燈管裝飾. 除了漢堡包之外, 薯條和薯角也是這裏的名物, 如果說牛骨髓處理過的薯角味道太過Heavy, Rosemary Fries則是相當好的替代品, 外脆內軟熟的薯條, 配上很香的Rosemary Salt, 吃起來可口而舒服.漢堡包的麵包相當軟熟, 外面少脆, 是我喜歡的口感, 沒有太濃厚的牛油味, 是典型的漢堡麵包. 漢堡扒外表炭黑, 但沒有碳焦苦澀, 煎得很香而且肉汁豐富, 牛肉肉香濃香, 用上英格蘭牛而非典型的美國或者澳洲牛肉, 特別親切, 基本上我店的漢堡包, 就是茄汁和切碎了的洋蔥, 是我印象中最原始的漢堡包味道, 簡單而直接的美味.Electric Ave has been relocated at Central from Kennedy Town. Electric Ave has been relocated at Central from Kennedy Town. The French fries with rosemary salt is still a must pick for me. It is nice and less heavy than the bone marrow potato wedge. The burger patty is made by the beef from England that is quite extraordinary. The taste is good and direct, with ketchup and chopped onion, it is the most original taste of hamburger.
