To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搬舖後第一次嚟幫襯,閒日過咗午餐時間,舖頭唔算多人。門外一大片空地有各式玩意,見小朋友玩三輪車玩得好開心。餐廳設計及餐牌維持港式懷舊風味~本身想食花膠撈丁可惜賣晒,叫咗個索女餐一嚐做索女嘅滋味一嚟招牌鮮奶黑松露炒蛋,好香黑松露味但略嫌過油⋯多士好重牛油味,今次脂肪應該爆標杞子紅棗茶好香好足料,即刻覺得養顏咗,怪唔之得要叫索女餐。之後上埋個通心粉,湯底好濃不過無咩驚喜,感覺好似飲緊金寶湯咁,有少少失色⋯
