To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次行過去試咗家餐廳嘅美食，真係令人驚喜連連🌟！首先講講個波士頓龍蝦，肉質嫩滑到不得了，輕輕一咬就已經感受到海的鮮甜，啲蒜蓉牛油汁更係咁滴落龍蝦身上，好似海中精靈般咁誘人！生蠔方面，真係好有海洋味，一啜入口，那種鮮味即刻喺舌尖爆發，好過癮！轉過頭來，個熔岩芝士環節真係抵死！揀咗啲西蘭花同火腿，睇住熱辣辣嘅芝士係我面前淋落去，心臟咯噔跳一跳，賣相同想像力爆燈⚡。嚟到甜品，MÖVENPICK雪糕嘅選擇多到你唔知點揀，每一款都滑溜得嚟又有自己獨特既風味，真係令我大呼過癮！整體嚟講，這家餐廳係一個美食天堂，每一樣菜式都做得用心，而且款式多到令人目不暇給。食得我個肚仔圓滿，真真正正食出咗一個「滿足」字！下次再過嚟，我一定要帶埋更多朋友嚟試，一於齊齊撈到天亮咁啦🌙！
