鍋入面雞件都落足料大大舊,味道唔只湯既鮮味,似早前已醃好味道處理過再加入鍋中,抬頭見貼住雜誌介紹,知道原來雞件係有預先爆香,絕不馬虎。

鍋本身配有蔬菜,感覺健康些,湯呈橙紅色,香氣有蝦膏香味。味道方面與平時常見的龍蝦湯有點不同,可能是考慮到番茄味道而稍作調整。平常龍蝦湯味道強而濃烈,頗為霸道,今次呢個蝦味輕一點,帶上番茄鮮甜味,既無番茄酸,龍蝦味亦不過份強橫,感覺新鮮,不易膩。

初時覺得咩西班牙極上豚肉覺得有d誇張,諗住都係改個好名吸引食客,誰知豚肉又真係唔似一般貨色,並無腥臭,而且入口鬆軟。

追加配菜叫左肥牛、響鈴、帆立貝同埋薑汁皮蛋貢丸。呢個貢丸真係第一次食,咬開薑味重,口感有少少皮蛋的韌度,唔錯。

食物質素唔錯,餐廳服務員亦有禮貌而且好貼心,值得再黎試埋個紫薯鍋~
