To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過上環，慕名去海膽屋，見識一下真材實料。好耐無堂食了，呢次很有誠意幫襯。✅ 喜歡火灸，點了六件，六件都好肥美，無失望！師傅是用心的👍🏻✅六件/$100，有質素，性格比高⚠️收銀姐姐（老板娘？ ）真係唔休做，唔會理人，問佢野無尾音，好似我阻住佢玩手機咁😠-. 第一次去，睇左牆身既定食好耐，大約5-10分鐘。 我問： 有無壽司🍣之類。佢： 「我地有menu 架！」「係邊度？無人招呼過我」然後都比menu 我睇-. 落單時，佢知我堂食就叫我用安心r 痕，我掃完比佢睇，佢：「唔係比我睇！ 你自己再掃呢個」一邊比個針卡我掃code-. 到有野食，問佢餐具筷子係邊，佢：你前面。 佢真係只能做熟客生意，因為期望人人都熟佢既架步。對生客，豪不尊重。⚠️最後一次寫食評，之前買了openrice 的劵用不到，搞左一輪，客服又唔覆。永遠👋🏻👋🏻
