To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收銀態度超差。但中式下午茶好抵及好食

中式嘅早餐份量好夠，味道唔錯。不過出前一丁就煮得好差，有時太腍，有時又太硬。調味粉自己加，但加咗入去都唔夠味。中式下午茶中的乾炒牛河、肉絲炒麵及焗豬扒好味$40左右，好抵食。燒味亦唔錯，但叫叉燒就一定要叫半肥瘦，如果唔係俾超瘦嘅就唔好食。燒腩仔唔錯。晚飯小菜款式好多，但價錢就比其他茶餐廳相對高咗D。整體小菜嘅質素唔錯。員工服務態度方面，所有侍應態度一般，有一兩個態度幾好。但俾錢時，收銀處嘅中年阿姐態度超差，好惡！
