中菜普遍係大時大節都會同屋企人食,所以其他時間都會選擇食其他國家嘅菜式,不過心血來潮想食中餐,所以就揀咗開飯榜上有名嘅中菜廳,聽落好似幾架勢lol大樓外牆裝修緊,可能好多人都唔知間餐廳係到,所以上到去都唔係太多人,只有幾圍枱睇睇餐牌,其實野食選擇唔算多,但係價錢都唔太貴,所以我荷包可以放心啲~睇完成個餐牌,我明明見過佢地有蒸汽石鍋嘅菜式,諗住黎呢到一試,點知已經無咗喇 !!所以唯有叫其他野食……首先到嘅係避風塘去殼瀨尿蝦,就咁睇張相可能唔知係咩黎,因為餐廳已經好貼心咁將瀨尿蝦起好肉,跟住再炸,所以只係見到一舊舊炸物,不過啲瀨尿蝦蝦肉都幾大舊。炸好嘅蝦肉同辣椒、韮菜再炒一炒,但係蝦肉都仲可以保持到脆身嘅口感,而且有淡淡嘅辣味,感覺幾開胃跟住上嘅係香煎清遠雞,一上枱見到係炸嘅,所以以為佢上錯咗,唔知點解香煎會係炸,呢個中式炸雞都炸得幾脆,肉質都算嫰滑,再點埋沙律醬,味道就更加好,而且半隻雞嘅份量就夠曬我地四個人食~之後都係炸嘅食物,逐隻計嘅酥炸大元貝,炸好之後放番上個貝殻到,中間炸得啱啱好,元貝仲可以保持濕潤,口感都唔錯。但係食咁多炸野都幾漏下,最好連埋元貝下面啲菜一齊食幫緊粒大元貝影相

成餐普遍都係肉類同海鮮,雖然我食肉獸,但係都有點兒過多,嗌番啲菜平衡下就好,其實餐牌上無咩蔬菜嘅菜式,或者可能可以就咁叫餐廳煮碟炒菜?
