To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日總想找個地方放鬆心情，最後挑選了這間餐廳酒吧是因為它在旺角夠方便，價錢也合理。吧檯的小串燈為餐廳增加了氣氛，更有情調。花生的味道很好，有辣椒和鹽調味，雖然熱氣但忍不住吃了很多。雞粒伴泰式辣醬水牛城辣雞翼肉質嫩滑炸魚柳伴他他醬chill當然少不了酒啦，我們點了一杯cocktail和一杯啤酒。啤酒易入口，朋友覺得太淡，但是我喜歡的濃度。cocktail是sea breeze，口感清爽，有夏天的感覺。總結很愉快的一餐，不論是味道還是服務態度都不錯，已經推薦了同事要來一試。
