To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝去咗睇「獨特的香港縮影」展覽, 狂影大半粒鐘之後, 就轉到最就腳嘅美心皇宮食Lunch... 真係好就腳, 就係大會堂低座咋嘛, 行幾步就係~呢間美心皇宮係1979年已經開始係度, 果時叫大會堂酒樓, 唔知呢架舊式點心車有冇咁老呢...好懷念... 細個時一見到呢架甜品車, 對眼真係閃到抽筋, 呀哈哈哈...呢架舊式點心車就潮囉... 前面加咗個Display, Show下d點心嘅制作過程... 唔好話外國遊客吖, 連我都想睇埋一份呀... 所以話吖, 老有所為, 舊人舊物一樣可以與時並進, 只有不斷努力, 增值及裝備自己... 咦... 咁似政府宣傳片d對白嘅, 嘩咔咔咔...3年前裝修過, 個禮堂都幾靚, 特別鍾意天花d水晶燈...落地玻璃全海景, 望到對面海, 好開揚...蒸蘿蔔糕 -- 蘿蔔都食到大大粒, 係蘿蔔唔夠甜囉, 唔係太多粉, 味道同口感都唔錯...蒸排骨 -- 肉質太腍, 豉汁味濃, 幾入味, 整體味道都OK...叉燒腸 -- 腸粉皮唔算厚又唔算薄, 標準o野, 叉燒冇焦香甜味, 整體味道OK...椒鹽鮮魷 -- 有驚喜!!! 廚師啱啱煮好, 已經急不及待捧出o

推車仔嘅年長嬸嬸好好人, 見我拎起相機, 佢話"影相呀?", 仲拉番後少少架點心車比我影... 太感動... 其實我冇打算騷擾到佢地嘅工作, 一向都抱住"影到就影, 影唔到都冇辦法"嘅宗旨...

價錢唔平, 環境唔錯, 服務都幾好, 不過味道平平, 一試無妨...
