To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

數碼港的好去處

朋友在貝沙灣工作，數碼港似乎是最方便的聚腳點。而我這個香港盲便要乘地鐵到中環，找到交易廣場巴士總站，再搭30X 才能到達，都算是幾於迴曲節。好在一下巴士已看到Le Meridian Hotel 的標記，直入乘電梯已到達，面對海景，的確心曠神怡。南坊是在艾美酒店三樓的中餐廳，地方不大但有酒店的feel ，都算優雅。中午小聚吃點心是不錯之選，價錢比一般酒店實際多，我們必然之選是蝦餃燒賣，有酒店的水準，其他點心包括黑松露蟹肉腐皮卷，蘿蔔糕等，價錢由50 至68元不等。可惜服務可作改善，午膳時間短但落漏了單，吃得比較急。由於只有一小時午飯時間，只好下次假日再來，好好欣賞海景和享受美食了。
