To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥原來出左個馬泰style的「砂砂湯底」，要加一蚊，有新野要即刻試試先！一上枱，Wow，好香喇沙味呀！急不及待試試先～～佢個湯底唔會好結身，同埋有好香的海鮮味。我無特登轉它的辣度，它的regular等於麻辣五小辣，個人覺得啱啱好，同個海鮮味好match，唔會蓋過海鮮的鮮甜。豆卜好新鮮，咬開再沾一沾砂砂鍋的湯底，好味好味食左一陣d湯都快俾我飲晒了。額外又order左個小食「辛蒜燒茄子」，18種香料？好似幾正咁喎。會唔會好辣呢？想夾起，個茄子好軟身呀！同埋勁多蒜，差d夾唔起！要搵湯匙幫幫手。d蒜好多油，食落好香蒜味。除左蒜味和辣味，我食唔出有咩香料喇sorry總括唔係非常辣，不過唔食得辣的朋友都係自己衡量下了。鐘意食蒜的朋友一定要點來試下呀！
