大家喜歡去串燒店嗎🥰?! 比較港式串燒店,我還是比較喜歡日式的~最近我去了新開的🇯🇵 𝕐𝕒𝕜𝕚𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕚 𝕋𝕚𝕘𝕖𝕣 六本•虎居吃晚餐囉~餐廳氣氛相當好,服務員不但親切有善,又會帶動氣氛🤣,也會介紹菜式和清酒。當晚大部分是熟客,很多客人都請店員喝酒,就知道他們服務有多好了吧 店內不大,只有數張桌子,當晚坐在廚師枱,邊看師傅燒串燒,感覺也不錯。串燒種類頗多😆,我點了 「 二人套餐🍖$1200 」試試。 _煙燻鰹魚 打卡一流的煙燻鰹魚,有濃濃煙燻香。魚肉軟腍,煙燻味重一點更好。 _海膽魷魚卷 彈牙的魷魚配上滑溜的海膽😙,口感特別唷~ _雞胸、雞腎、雞全翼、牛舌、紫蘇雞皮蝦串燒 串燒可自選6款🥰,當中我最愛肉質軟嫩的牛舌,調味得宜,鹹香並重。而雞全翼也不錯,皮焦脆,肉汁滿滿,不過吃起來比較麻煩。 _蕃薯、山藥、豆腐、銀杏串燒 吃完肉,要吃點蔬菜。同樣燒至火喉剛剛好,當中我比較喜歡爽脆的山藥😗。 _清酒蒸真蠔 兩隻飽滿的真蠔帶點清酒香,鮮甜不已。 _明太子&三文魚飯團 飯團比想像中大塊😍,真令我開心!! 面層的飯焦卜卜脆,如果餡料拌均勻就更好。 「 A5佐賀和牛三文治🥪$488 」 厚切的A5佐

串燒可自選6款🥰,當中我最愛肉質軟嫩的牛舌,調味得宜,鹹香並重。而雞全翼也不錯,皮焦脆,肉汁滿滿,不過吃起來比較麻煩。

 厚切的A5佐賀和牛🤭,有誰能夠抵檔呀🤣~和牛肉香豐富,脂肪豐盈,入口油香肉香爆發,好好吃哦~
