To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說我已經好耐冇食譚仔，之前朋友講起話tam jai出咗新嘅湯底話唔錯，等我又跟下風先！🏃🏻‍♀️脆肉鯇木瓜魚湯米線（$43）其實見到佢餐牌寫小心碎骨我已經淆緊，但好彩最終係一條魚骨都冇食到鯇魚都有成6，7舊。而湯底都唔係話好濃味，但勝在餸都幾多木瓜口感就硬啲，都有4，5片。不過E個新出品就覺得幾岩啲唔食得辣嘅人（例如我），不過都係嗰句，譚仔嘅湯底應該有大量味精，食完嗰晚超級口渴尖椒皮蛋（$22）辣嘅皮蛋，冇咩特別好講平平哋嘅小食唔錯！總括而言，得閒落嚟食下😹
