To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次我哋約咗一班朋友去大喜屋放題，真係超開心！一入到去，環境就好舒服，燈光柔和，座位間隔都幾闊，唔會覺得擠迫。食物方面就真係多到數唔晒！首先有各種新鮮刺身、海鮮、生蠔、螃蟹、蝦，仲有燒肉、白切雞，啲肉質都好嫩滑。沙律吧都有好多選擇。最吸引係佢哋嘅壽司、刺身，無限量不漏單供應，有我最愛既海膽。最好食有鵝肝多士，勁肥美。講到價錢，性價比十分高。而且仲有無限飲品，啤酒、汽水、果汁都包晒，真係好抵！總之，食物質素高，環境又闊落，價錢又合理，真係好值得一試！
