Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近返查香港越來越少懷舊嘅餐廳，喺網上見呢間餐廳感覺行懷舊風，所以專登嚟呢間餐廳試吓，可能因為早嘅關係，中午12點前，亦因為我一個人嘅關係，所以唔需要等位就可以直接入座。本來諗住對面個座位都會比其他食客坐，但係侍應並冇叫其他人坐我對面個位，大概食咗一個鐘頭，都係冇人坐我對面。雖然食物價錢有啲貴，餐牌大部份食物都係一啲非主流嘅配搭，其實感覺似一間Cafe多個似一間懷舊冰廳。壹加壹咖啡可以比食客一次試過兩種唔同嘅咖啡口味，感覺唔錯，黑啤肉醬配牛脷酥呢個配搭好特別，之前未試過，但係食得多會比較膩。整體上嚟講食物質素OK價錢偏貴少少。
