放假嘆一盅兩件, 嫌去得太多傳統酒樓食點心開始覺得悶, 今日就去咗間新派酒樓, 賣相同味道都很有驚喜, 價錢相對亦唔會太高。餐廳環境闊落舒適, 入座先送上熱茶,點了好幾款點心share試試【禮記黑金蝦餃皇】HK$58黑金色蝦餃皮更顯貴氣, 皮好薄, 足料蝦肉餡鮮甜彈牙, 但稍為有d偏鹹。【紅菜頭松露野菌餃】HK$43皮同樣薄, 一咬落去, 粒粒野菌餡令口感更有層次, 兼很重松露香。【黑金流沙包】HK$39流沙包軟熟, 流沙餡澎湃湧出, 奶黃味濃郁【奶皇炸煎堆】HK$39炸煎堆外層不油, 表面很有芝麻香兼鬆化, 中層好似湯丸嘅口感, 再包住流沙奶皇餡, 正! 推介! 【香茜叉燒腸粉】HK$39腸粉皮晶瑩通透, 好滑, 叉燒切成細粒, 有層次得黎又唔會好硬, 仲加咗少少莞茜, 多一點清香。
