石門新開張的餐廳,以食海鮮為主題的餐廳,週五來試下先。手抓海鮮餐$298,一大盤海鮮🦞,有不同醬撩選擇,用嚟炒成盤海鮮。呢個食法相當新穎,所以都懷着期望去試吓呢個新派海鮮餐。呢個價錢係一人份量,現在新開張期間,可以叫一份試吓先。因為原來之後,就要最少兩位起計,不過因為今晚都想試唔同嘅味道,我哋都叫咗兩人份量兩個醬油。先來一個餐湯,每人有一碗蘑菇湯。味道香濃,而且有粒粒蘑菇,都幾真材實料。先來一個港式避風塘小辣,趣卜卜嘅炸蒜真係好正,小辣其實唔少,不過食入口都好香。海鮮盤仲有蟹、龍蝦、蝦、翡翠螺、蜆、扇貝、鮑魚、魷魚、粟米、椰菜,還有兩片蒜蓉多士。食物種類多元化,而且質素都新鮮,有鮮味。令一個點左蒜蓉牛油炒海鮮,呢個煮法比較香,而且啱唔食得辣嘅朋友,都係正!

先來一個餐湯,每人有一碗蘑菇湯。味道香濃,而且有粒粒蘑菇,都幾真材實料。


先來一個港式避風塘小辣,趣卜卜嘅炸蒜真係好正,小辣其實唔少,不過食入口都好香。

海鮮盤仲有蟹、龍蝦、蝦、翡翠螺、蜆、扇貝、鮑魚、魷魚、粟米、椰菜,還有兩片蒜蓉多士。食物種類多元化,而且質素都新鮮,有鮮味。


令一個點左蒜蓉牛油炒海鮮,呢個煮法比較香,而且啱唔食得辣嘅朋友,都係正!
