之前聽朋友介紹過,知道觀塘開咗間新嘅法國新派餐廳叫Boon,d菜式既有法國傳統又用咗新派煮法,所以今次專誠去試下。前菜點左明太子醬薯條,湯就揀咗龍蝦湯,主菜就揀左油封鴨腿伴紫菜薯蓉太陽蛋,飲品就order咗雜莓乳酪冰沙同埋朱古力奶泡。炸薯條配明太子醬之前未食過,估唔到原來個味道可以咁夾,薯條熱辣辣加埋特製嘅明太子醬零舍醒胃。龍蝦湯就好有法國格調,配上一條長長嘅法包,龍蝦湯嘅鮮味絕對啱香港人口味。油封鴨腿係用慢煮嘅關係,所以鴨腿d肉好淋而且好入味,配上法國醬汁,食到停唔到口,而紫菜薯蓉就令薯蓉嘅層次帶出多重,因為每一啖都有紫菜嘅味道。兩杯飲品絕對係解暑解渴之選,特別係雜莓沙冰入面嘅莓果,材料充足每一啖都有雜莓嘅味道同埋果蓉。最後一提呢度嘅環境畀人一種好relax好放鬆嘅感覺,而且每一樣食品嘅上碟及擺盤都好靚絕對係打卡之選。
