今晚去咗新蒲崗打邊爐,去咗間傳統老店玫瑰陳備興飯店,感覺呢度主要做街坊生意,侍應嘅服務態度都超級好,今餐食得好滿足。🐣驚蔘鐵棍雞 半隻雞 $188呢個係一個好養生嘅湯底,本身有半隻雞,仲有蓮子杞子淮山同埋海參,雞件放入湯底滾30秒,之後熄火焗8分鐘就食得,呢個低溫焗熟雞嘅做法令到雞肉非常之鮮嫩,食完雞之後再飲個湯,有好濃郁嘅雞味同埋腐竹嘅香味。而且本身叫呢一個湯底就已經包埋一碟生菜,非常之抵。🐮手切牛(細)$208呢個細份嘅手切牛其實都好大碟,牛肉嘅雪花分布得非常之平均,淥幾秒就食得,牛肉味濃郁,而且一啲都唔韌。 🦑蟹籽墨魚滑$98第一次見墨魚滑係用碟上,呢個做法令到每一嚿墨魚滑都可以更加薄咁放落去淥熟,而且個墨魚滑相當足料又好彈牙。🐷豬腰$62豬腰非常新鮮,淥熟啱啱好食落非常之嫩滑,而且完全沒有腥味,吸收埋湯底汁落非常之鮮味。金菇$26 烏冬$18 咸檸七$23
