Garden Room 裝修後第一次黎。比起以前明顯地闊落左同光猛左;做得最靚都係出面草地旁邊D位。餐牌上既食物基本上冇乜唔同,不過味道就差好遠啦,直頭好似換左個廚咁: 魚香茄子煲:嘩,好咸呀!要用茶沖過先送倒飯,失敗! 咕嚕肉:平時好少叫,不過意外地幾好食。豬肉好鬆,味道甜酸適中,個汁又唔會槳住個口;媽咪話最緊要係佢D菠蘿夠甜。值得推介。 芥蘭牛肉:小弟最唔鍾意食既菜就係菜心同芥蘭,因為好容易苦;點知Country Club既芥蘭居然可以咁甜咁脆嫩,真係睇相都感覺倒。薄片既牛肉無論味道或肉質都冇乜野可以投訴。 咸蛋蒸肉餅:實在係太硬啦!個肉餅既形狀,厚度,色澤,味道,肉質,全部都出哂問題;單憑依味餸已經可以肯定個廚唔同左。 豆豉雞:招牌菜之一既豆豉雞都出事,真係唔可以相信。第一次因為太多水要比返佢再做過,不過第二次出黎個效果已經大打折扣。雞肉又嚡又咸,失望! 肉絲炒河:唯一能夠保持水準既舊菜式。
