海鮮份量比想像中多,絕對唔係用勁多蔬菜墊底個啲,好足料🤩!

推薦!肉質粉嫩多汁,唔會燒到過老乾柴柴
脂肪焦脆有焦香,咬落直頭有肉汁咇出嚟😛
而且羊味濃郁得嚟又唔會太羶
本身已有少量孜然同椒鹽調味,唔會太重蓋過羊肉味,恰到好處

同近年唔少新開串燒店一樣,燒好嘅串燒會放上爐仔俾你暖住食
當日嗌咗幾款試下,比較特別少見嘅係魷魚板串、燒面筋、臭豆腐串
魷魚板燒得好香又唔會太乾身
燒面筋賣相成條司華力腸咁,食落煙煙韌韌幾得意
臭豆腐串黑蚊蚊,外皮脆口類似豆腐乾咁,冇乜臭味,同平時啲臭豆腐好唔同🤣
其他串燒同錫盒燒烤就正常發揮
