To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路德圍附近都冇好食既日本料理，富來村對面新開一間，就試下拉因為新開張，入面吾係好多客！！老豆生日拉，同佢食下好野先！！佢好鍾意食三文魚架，所以叫左刺身同整個三文魚餐！！叫左三文魚腩，油甘腩，活赤貝同我最愛既甜蝦刺身，佢點刺身好新鮮呀！！好正，又抵食，三文魚腩48蚊就有六件！甜蝦42蚊就四隻連頭刺身！！好甜呀！！…………呢個係必食推介呀我老豆好挑剔架，佢都話好ok就姐係好得架拉除左刺身，要叫下料理先知師傅技術，叫左三文魚頭同燒三文鮫！！因為新鮮關係，魚汁好juicy ，配合返酸汁就冇甘膩拉！！總括都幾滿意值得我再黎！又抵又好食
