老派食店宜家一家接一間消失, 宜家重開, 所以同家人一齊試試個味道係唔係都保持到舊時嘅風味。畢業裝修有感覺到位, 但食物水平同時配得上裝修嘅唔多。今日就去試一試會否有驚喜一坐低就有醃蘿蔔同鹽水花生, 醃蘿蔔味道微酸帶甜、爽脆, 非常開胃, 鹽水花生就比較偏咸。壽眉茶都係正常作品, 唔會有雜味。我地小食都叫左好幾款, 有無錫脆鱔、老上海燻魚、油爆蝦、無錫冰豆腐、韭黃盒子、蘿蔔絲酥餅同生煎包。雖然係上海菜, 不過當中有好幾款調味都相當接近, 例如無錫脆鱔、老上海燻魚同無錫冰豆腐個汁都一樣味…., 除左係呢個問題之外, 單獨睇係好食, 特別滿意個無錫脆鱔同冰豆腐, 燻魚就比較要小心D骨, 整體脆口惹味。韭黃盒子、蘿蔔絲酥餅同生煎包呢D點心小食類都有驚喜。韭黃新鮮帶甜, 「盒子」唔會太厚, 組盒圯上嚟可以話相得益彰。蘿蔔絲酥餅擺左一陣都仲熱辣辣, 酥餅唔會糊口, 好食。當中最滿意係生煎包, 包身唔會糊口帶小麥香, 入餡夕汁又鮮美, 基本上同老雪園如出一轍, 下次再嚟都會繼續叫嚟食主菜方面, 我地特登要左一份火丁甜豆仁, 上菜見到果然係廚師將甜豆入面豆拎出嚟之後炒成一碟, 係一個要用好多時間去準

主菜方面, 我地特登要左一份火丁甜豆仁, 上菜見到果然係廚師將甜豆入面豆拎出嚟之後炒成一碟, 係一個要用好多時間去準備嘅菜式, $248絕對係工時錢
。味道甜甜地又脆口, 相當唔錯。

另外韭黃炒鱔糊、糖醋排骨都處理得相當到位。鱔糊雖然比較油膩, 隔返少少油咁食就舒服少少。而韭黃相當甜香, 兩者配合起上嚟魚香+甜香可以話味蕾上完全得到滿足。糖醋排骨調味不錯, 開心係叫排骨嚟到係純肉無骨, 食落好方便

一餐最後, 又點可以無甜品呢? 我地點左高力豆沙同壽包 (睇返其實我地都食幾多野), 高力豆沙當中包住左香蕉, 豆沙又唔會太甜, 口感層次豐富, 美中不足係蛋白層硬左些少。壽包一樣都係麵包層相當出色! 鬆軟又有咬口, 豆沙餡反而有D新意, 同高力豆沙味道略有不同地多左少少陳皮香


Overall 都幾滿意, 感覺上同老雪園好似, 甚至乎係一樣。我地會再嚟!
