今晚同屋企人去了中環這間食中菜的名館食晚飯。餐廳有多款特色菜式,價錢在中環區算比較便宜,小食由幾十蚊起。片皮鴨配蛋皮有別一般的片皮鴨,這裏是京式食法,鴨皮會連肉一起片上碟,而且是配蛋皮,比較有特色,薄薄的蛋皮夾著新鮮熱辣的片皮鴨,加上京葱、青瓜、酸薑及山渣等配料,而醬汁則因個人喜好而配搭,我自己就比較喜歡果醬,味道特別夾,而且酸甜味正好減一輕油膩感。除了鴨皮外,還會切下鴨比,鴨比肉嫩滑,而且大大隻,食完一隻都半飽。蜂蜜柚子蝦球蝦球炸至金黃色,外層薄薄的粉漿,裏面的蝦肉新鮮彈牙,加上橙皮果醬,酸甜開胃。欖角肉鬆蒸秋葵秋葵表面舖滿了黑色的欖角醬,欖角的咸味滲入了秋葵,令平淡中增添不少風味。
