Ciclo位於銅鑼灣,裝潢以黑色為主,整體非常型格。另外樓底非常高,空間感十足。- Oyster Ceviche生蠔來自兵庫縣,肉質非常鮮嫩,甘甜爽口。紫蘇葉既味道好突出,而且同生蠔好夾能夠昇華生蠔嘅鮮甜,加埋炸蒜令口感更加豐富- Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini (2 pics)炸飯球外脆內軟,入面係龍蝦湯燉飯,燉飯街中間亦夾咗芝士。上面亦加左北海道海膽,整道菜充滿海鮮嘅鮮味😋- Drunken Crab Pasta 墨汁意粉軟硬程度適中,完全係Al Dante既口感,而且用雞油烹調特別惹味。呢度菜最特別之處係用咗紹興酒同蟹殼煮成醬汁,所以意粉伴隨花雕嘅味道,打造出中西合璧嘅獨特美味。蟹肉份量幾多,松葉蟹味道果然好鮮甜😋- Tom Yum 外表睇落平平無奇,但味道完完全全複製冬陰功既味道,非常神奇🤩- Sake Sour 自己最鍾意嘅classic cocktail係whisky sour,餐廳呢款Sake sour有異曲同工之妙,頂層同樣有一層綿密既泡沫,但酸同甜嘅比例更加平衡👍🏻最初朋友主要介紹Ciclo既cocktail,但估唔到連Ciclo嘅食物都咁高水
