To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次上網見到Ritz Carlton 下午茶有9週年優惠，於是買黎同女友試下。今次店員安排左我地坐係近窗邊既枱，全程都係望住無敵大海景海景食tea，加上天氣好好，真係一大享受。一開始會有杯果汁做welcome drink。今次個tea set 有四款咸點同六款甜點，職員會介紹食左味道較淡的再食較甜的，我自己比較喜歡咸點，有部分甜點真係太甜。至於茶方面，就有十幾款選擇，主要分黑茶、紅茶同綠茶三大類。女友點左其中一隻黑茶，忘了名子，我就點了薄何朱古力綠茶，兩個茶都不錯，好適合配下午茶。平時兩位下午茶價錢係690再加一服務費，淨係有望住呢個海景食下午茶已經值回門票，景靚甜點又靚，同女朋友打卡一流。
