To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次食雲貴香，已經係唔係去同一間，不過食依舊令我失望。下圖為蟲草酒味雞湯米線。先講湯底。一個字，清。清到 無 酒 味。 無 雞 味 。 無 蟲 草 花 味。非常清。蟲草花得好少。完全談不上係酒味雞湯囉。雞都算滑既。量就一般。豬潤我係另加$9。即係雞米線價值$54. Erm…個人覺得就唔抵。員工態度一般。雖明白幾個人做樓面睇咁大個場係吃力，無係態度可以唔洗咁串。米線口感有咬口，係偏幼少少既米線，不錯的。豬潤騷左啲，都係一般囉。
