Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 港島人不會不知道有「南記」的存在,平,靚,正的粉麵代表。雖然,我以前食「南記」是HKD 15.00一碗招牌河,現在是20多。但是價錢的加幅是可接受的吧,畢竟現在吃甚麼都貴。而我跟肥膏在平常日子裡面,也常吃「南記」,因為我是專食cheap 野的人。「南記」夠晒平之餘,最緊要係好味!我最喜歡南記的辣椒醬,每次都落好多。原本想吃墨魚丸春卷河,怎料這個肥膏幫我買了墨魚丸河,哈哈。墨魚丸河「南記」的墨魚丸味道口感也不錯,偶爾會咬到一些墨魚粒。河粉也滑溜,好味。我對「南記」的湯底是沒有要求的,因為他的湯底只是配角,最重要去是,我要加很多很多很多的辣椒醬!因為本人我實在是大愛「南記」辣椒醬。夠辣!落幾羹,即刻令碗麵起死回生!另一碗是肥膏的四寶河雖然碗是大了,但其實河粉的份量只是加多一點點,而當中的四寶是牛丸,墨魚丸,春卷及紫菜。春卷可說是「南記」的名物,不少人是為了吃春卷而光顧的。也有不少人,只買春卷回家煮餸。我都喜歡春卷,春卷的餡是魚肉,但實質的魚肉當然很少,不過口感卻是非常軟綿,而且味道也不錯。但一直令我無限loop的主因,不是春卷,而是辣椒醬。如果去「南記」少了辣椒醬,真的會太打折扣。

原本想吃墨魚丸春卷河,怎料這個肥膏幫我買了墨魚丸河,哈哈。

另一碗是肥膏的四寶河
