朋友擺60歲大壽,揀咗呢間位於尖沙咀嘅淥烚年代叫我哋一齊慶生。餐廳唔算好大,不過就有獨立房間,活動板可隨意調校,一圍定三圍都冇問題。調味盤都擺放得相當精緻,仲有齊生熟蒜、芹菜、芫荽、蔥、薑蓉、紅椒、洋蔥、芝麻等,夠晒繽紛。年紀大咗要養生,揀咗個好正嘅鹿茸菌燉花膠湯,湯水清得嚟又夠滋潤,我哋連湯渣都食埋,一啲都唔嘥。近乎飲到落煲底之後,就另外加湯開始打邊爐。打邊爐梗係要食牛,我哋揀咗牛頸脊,口感一流,而且佈滿雪花,雖然只係屬於細份,但份量一啲都唔少,我哋四個人食都夠晒數。自家製嘅肉丸可以雙拼,拼寶丸我哋就分別揀咗黑松露豬肉丸同埋柚子墨魚丸。柚子墨魚丸上面鋪有蟹籽,雖然肉眼見唔到柚子,但咬落彈牙之餘亦有陣陣嘅柚子香。黑松露豬肉丸入面係包心嘅黑松露醬,放入口入面之後整個口腔都充滿着黑松露嘅香味。另外我哋仲叫咗好多款其他配料,枱上嘅拱形架慳位得嚟賣相仲好精緻,搞到我都想喺屋企整返個。活海蝦總共有六隻,每隻海蝦都好新鮮,肉質爽脆,一隻隻串好之後方便進食。牛柏葉非常爽口,而且切得相當工整。我就最鍾意食水魷魚,水魷魚應該本身相當大隻,所以切起一片片都好大片,另外仲有魷魚鬚,最鍾意食咁爽口嘅水魷魚。朋
