To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度大閘蟹放題,上年唔錯,今年再嚟,同上年有啲唔同嘅係上年食乳豬,今年食片皮鴨。唔一定要網上單位,打電話去訂位都有九五折。座位寬敞,枱同枱之間亦都有透明膠版。由於係限時放題,一入去,我哋當然即刻一人三隻蟹,有三種食法,包括清蒸,太雕蒸,油鹽焗。所以我哋一人一隻,每樣都試吓。唔知太雕係唔係酒嚟嘅,總之蒸出嚟就同清蒸冇乜分別。油鹽焗好香好熱。坐低發現枱面已經準備好食蟹嘅工具,唔錯。過咗冇耐就一次過嚟咗個鮑魚,金湯遼參同豆苗。鮑魚唔熱,只係䁔,但係味道唔錯。豆苖分量都非常多。大閘蟹係冇得揀公乸的。不過我哋食嘅全部都係公。質量中上之選。全部都有羔,沒有壞,有一半以上爆羔,間中仲有驚喜。片皮鴨,紅棗糕,千層糕,奶皇包都係自己任攞任食。一路用過爐蒸住,所以熱辣辣,唔錯。我哋試左紅棗糕,千層糕,薑汁湯圓,脆麻花,大壽包同糯米飯,都好得。陶源啲嘢向來都OK,食物方面好有水準。碗碟都好頻密,要求攞extra濕紙巾同手套都有比。
