To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 晚上，我和家人來到位於東薈城六樓的一風堂食拉麵。入面人流不多只得一兩枱，好快咁就有位坐低看看餐牌就開始點菜。由於電子點菜的關係所以同服務談不上關係。我點咗橫濱家系豚肉炙燒腩捲拉麵，一風堂餃子還有白丸。橫濱家系豚肉選用比較粗一點的太麵，食起來比較有口感同能夠沾上多啲湯，味道很好湯底很厚。為可惜溏心蛋未夠溏心帶點生，溏心蛋都算係靈魂之一而做不到溏心太可惜，豚肉片經過炙燒帶點燶燶的味道，但可惜豚肉太薄，就似張紙放入口裏，缺乏口感。一風堂餃子亦都太細隻，我並不是覺得細隻會唔抵，但真是放入口內感覺非常空虛缺乏後感，可能要一次過將兩隻放入口才填滿口來的一半空間。至於白丸增加是普通不過，回頭率不說了。
