To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中秋節，一家人👨‍👩‍👧‍👧訂咗尖沙咀日式放題，讓小朋友開心下。雖然訂咗枱6:30，去到都要等30分鐘左右才能入座。環境衛生一般，尤其自助雪糕🍦機位置，地面比較濕滑。隔離熱食區，椰子雞湯，糖水和青豆角、蒸雞已經變咗油浸鷄一様，賣相麻麻。店舖採用數碼點餐，超方便。送餐速度快，食物種類多任君選擇，可惜魚生質素大不如前，海膽手卷尚算可以，三文魚腩夠肥美，其他一般般。鮑魚雞粥太多水了。有名牌雪糕可惜味道得只三種。
