To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚7:30嚟到排隊，入面已經滿座，等咗大概25分鐘～😆今次係第二次嚟食，依然保持到水準！我嗌咗忌廉雞肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯✨而我朋友就嗌咗咖哩豬肉+濃茄牛肉～✅忌廉雞肉+燴牛肉汁蛋包飯先講忌廉雞肉，淡淡嘅忌廉味但唔會好膩，有西蘭花、紅蘿蔔做配菜！但雞肉得圖中嘅2-3舊🥲唔係好夠食燴牛肉汁就濃味啲，配蛋包飯食就一流！！蛋包飯嘅滑蛋好好食，好夠滑✨✅咖哩豬肉+濃茄牛肉蛋包飯相反我朋友嗌呢款肉嘅份量就冇咁少🤣牛肉比較大舊，茄汁味同咖哩味都好香濃，兩款汁都比較稠身！好啱送飯✔️

先講忌廉雞肉，淡淡嘅忌廉味但唔會好膩，有西蘭花、紅蘿蔔做配菜！但雞肉得圖中嘅2-3舊🥲唔係好夠食
