前菜(白子海草醋物、大根漬、味淋魚干)燒香魚雜菜沙律刺身拼盤跟住係刺身,包括池魚、三文魚、帶子同牡丹蝦,正正常常,唔算話特別鮮味~櫻花蝦天婦羅雖然呢道菜叫做櫻花蝦天婦羅,但其實佢主要係由一條條嘅瓜菜所組成,蝦肉嘅份量反而比較少。炸完之後,拼成好似薯格咁嘅形狀,食落外脆內軟,口感有少少似薯條咁,味道就比較清淡,點一點鹽再食會好好多~蜆清湯安格斯牛肉厚燒牛扒燒到大概3-5成熟,係我最愛嘅熟度!焦糖色嘅表面,粉紅色嘅內層,牛味香濃,軟熟多汁,唔知係咪加咗特別嘅調味,但我又食唔出係咩醬汁,總之食落就有種難以形容嘅香甜,同本身嘅肉味好夾~燒蟹肉飯糰茶漬最後再配埋個清新既抹茶卷~
