今日晚餐選擇左呢間宗像牛肉屋,牛肉主要分為日本宗像產,美國安格斯同紐西蘭三種,熱愛日本嘅我當然選擇食日本牛啦,我揀左牛大腿外側同西冷各半嘅牛重,大腿外側部分油份少但肉味濃再加上廚師採用低溫烹調方法令牛肉更加嫩滑,而西冷油份較多廚師會用扒爐煎至五成熟左右,而重盒裝入由日本米煮嘅飯後會再加入自家醬汁同芝麻紫菜(記得唔食芝麻嘅朋友要預早同廚師講)然後再逐塊牛肉慢慢放上飯面再塗上一層醬汁,我另外叫左隻亦係用日本蛋煮嘅溫泉蛋,廚師解釋話可以先將溫泉蛋攪勻然後放入牛肉撈勻一齊食會令牛肉更加滑,店家亦跟一小碟嘅炸蒜片,薯蓉,葱花,客人喜歡嘅亦可以將牛肉包住蒜片或薯蓉葱花一齊食又係另一種味道,喜歡食牛肉飯嘅朋友呢間宗像牛肉屋個人覺得係唔錯嘅選擇。
