得悉日本撈麵店《麺屋こころ》開咗嚟荃灣海之戀,即刻去試嚇先,週五晚上都幾多人排咗一陣隊先有得食,餐廳可以望到海景:我哋揀咗一碗撈麵,同一碗湯麵嚟食:🔸正宗全料東京撈麵🔸侍應給我們1塊小牌子,上面建議了進食撈麵的方法,撈麵包括有厚切叉燒(半肥瘦經過火炙十分香口)、肉燥、紫菜、青蔥、蒜蓉及溫泉蛋,先把溫泉蛋戳穿,然後撈勻麵條,蛋汁掛滿麵條,拉麵煙韌彈牙,偏硬身,客人可取自己喜歡加入即磨黑胡椒,先品嚐三份一,再加入秘製香醋,食落又有另一番風味,食完麵之後還可向店員要求迷你白飯再撈剩下的醬汁一齊食🔸黑松露鴨拉麵🍜🔸送上枱面已經聞到好香黑松露味道,有4片鴨胸肉,仲有一隻糖心蛋顏色非常靚,滷得入味,拉麵彈牙,湯底顏色好清,但係味道香濃🔸明太子雞翼🔸明太子釀咗入雞翼裏面,少少鹹香辣嘅味道,炸得香脆啖啖肉,非常惹味🔸雞軟骨餃子🥟🔸餃子炸得乾身,香脆外皮包住裡面雞軟骨餡料
