極之想食蛋包飯,今日行經九龍城,竟然比我發覺有間充滿昭和年代的日式洋食屋,有六七十年代日本懷舊風踏入室內,以木製傢俬為主,擺設更有古董電話, 吊燈、及各色家呂都帶著昭和風芝士旋風蛋包飯外型相當吸引,蛋香味濃,火炙芝士炙至半溶狀態,蛋口感順滑,蛋包住番茄炒飯,味道酸酸甜甜,好有日本家庭幸福感覺鰻魚玉子燒伴炒麵鰻魚肉質大件厚實肥美,用傳統蒲燒汁,令鰻魚香味更濃郁香甜,玉子燒得又香又滑,另外炒麵另上,放上日本人愛食的木魚碎,炒麵充滿油香,連埋椰菜絲、蘿蔔條、洋蔥,好有煙軔感赤之富士造形似富士山,是赤色火山系,以洛神花、桑莓、玫瑰及檸檬為主,味道酸酸咪咪,打卡一流菠洱梳打非常特別,以陳皮、普洱、菠蘿及紀洲南高梅為主,味道有濃郁普洱茶香及陳皮味, 再加入菠蘿看甜味及梅子微酸的感覺,酸甜味混合得不錯
