當知道荃灣會開間新既日本京都人氣甜品店已經好想試。今次專程去荃灣試一試。今次Order叫左兩個班戟同埋抹茶煉乳奶昔。《宇治抹茶班戟》同《焙茶班戟》每碟都有兩塊班戟而且係面層撒上抹茶粉或焙茶粉,仲配有日本直送抹茶/焙茶蕨餅、特調抹茶/焙茶醬、忌廉同抹茶/芝麻雪糕。因為有幾種配料,咁可以配搭到幾種唔同既食法。我比較喜歡將班戟+雪糕再加少少特調抹茶/焙茶醬,咁樣可以食到更加濃既抹茶/焙茶味。至於《抹茶煉乳奶昔》,我覺得抹茶比較淡所以加入班戟剩下嘅特調抹茶醬,即刻有濃濃嘅抹茶味。
