Square10樓冬天係食蠔既最佳季節,所以都會忽然之間想食🦪上網一揾,原來除咗日本有牡蠣小屋,銅鑼灣都有~🍽️鐵盒燒生蠔落單之後先至會將生蠔放落鐵盒燒,唔係燒定一大堆翻熱,每一隻生蠔都好新鮮、好肥美!仲要隻隻生蠔都有手掌咁大隻,兩個人食半打已經好滿足🥰其中三隻加咗拉克萊特芝士,平時食蠔好少加芝士,原來都好夾架喎☺️侍應姐姐仲推介左一罐辣既調味料,可以撈埋生蠔一齊食,如果喜歡辣,的確應該一試~🍽️ 和牛卡爾帕喬用和牛整既生牛肉冷盤😋個人覺得生肉係好難整得好食既,因為唔似得熟食可以落好多調味料。不過就係因為咁,如果整得好食真係好好食~而呢碟和牛卡爾帕喬,就係好食嗰類😆😆牛肉食落去唔會腥,加埋啲酸酸地醋汁,成件事清新開胃🤩🍽️ 明太子忌廉意粉喜出望外之選,原本以為呢間舖頭主打食蠔,其他野唔使好好食🙈點知連碟意粉都好有誠意~熱辣辣之餘,都無慳過材料,成嚿明太子一齊上,加上啲意粉好有彈性,口感同味道都恰到好處😋🍽️ 鰹魚炙燒鰹魚的表面經過烤製,食落去會有少少煙燻味🤤🤤而且鰹魚本身都有獨特既香氣同埋味道,中心部分仲係半生,比起全生既魚生
