🐮美國熟成肉眼— 21日熟成牛。熟成可以利用牛肉本身帶有的酵素破壞肌肉的結締組織,令肉質更加軟嫩。

試完之後,我覺得最好食的係日本和牛肉眼。霜降雪花紋理清晰。入口油花豐富、口感順滑,有少少入口即容效果。牛肉味道最重的係美國熟成肉眼。色澤最深。肉質厚實、味道香濃。配上日本新鮮雞蛋,味道更上一層樓。可以一次過試幾種唔同種類,感覺好好! 不知道大家又喜歡那一種呢?
