To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 放假星期日，就梗係要出去行吓搵吓好嘢食啦。今次嚟到東涌，喺東薈城嘅呢間一風堂食lunch。今次叫咗兩款拉麵🍜🍜🫦...··白丸原味 · 特製 · 卷腩叉燒🍖🔥白玉原味拉麵，揀咗硬度係普通，呢一個拉麵上枱嘅時候，真係同餐單上面嘅係一樣的。湯飲落好味，係好濃郁嘅豬骨湯底，加上糖心蛋、黑木耳、紫菜、蔥花，真係好好食。卷腩叉燒厚度適中，肉質亦都好軟熟，加埋拉麵一齊食，真係正😄極· 辣肉味噌 ·特製 · 炙燒卷腩叉燒 · 中辣🥘🌶🌶身為辣妹嘅我，梗係連拉麵都唔放過食辣嘅機會啦🤣今次揀咗呢一個拉麵，裏面有辣肉味噌、炙燒卷腩叉燒、紫菜、糖心蛋、蔥花、再有一個另外上的芝麻玉(芝麻蓉)。呢一個拉麵有驚喜，炙燒卷腩叉燒，比普通嘅卷腩叉燒更香，口感更加特別好食。兩碗嘅糖心蛋都做得好好。辣肉味噌，係好香濃嘅辣肉碎醬，加咗落呢個好濃郁嘅豬骨湯底之後，真係配搭得好好。我呢一碗再加上辣肉味噌同芝麻玉，簡直係色香味俱全。辣度方面，我揀咗中辣，拉麵嘅硬度我揀咗硬，師父亦都做到我想食嘅口感，拉麵好有咬口，連湯一齊食，加上裏面嘅配料好豐富，我食完有少少唔捨得。🤏🏻最後呢間餐廳整體我都好滿意，飲用水嘅提供都好好，係室溫水。💧

白玉原味拉麵，揀咗硬度係普通，呢一個拉麵上枱嘅時候，真係同餐單上面嘅係一樣的。湯飲落好味，係好濃郁嘅豬骨湯底，加上糖心蛋、黑木耳、紫菜、蔥花，真係好好食。卷腩叉燒厚度適中，肉質亦都好軟熟，加埋拉麵一齊食，真係正😄

最後呢間餐廳整體我都好滿意，飲用水嘅提供都好好，係室溫水。💧另外，如果有需要，侍應好貼心，都可以另外上杯冰，🧊係咁熱嘅天氣，可以飲到杯冰涼嘅水，真係好正嘅一個假期。
