九龍城🌼Shibui 洋食屋🌼其實好耐之前一直都想嚟呢度食,有時又就唔到時間有時又full booking,今日終於得償所願嚟到品嚐一番😆,佢哋嘅裝修帶有日本傳統風格,門面嘅裝修更加係必影嘅打卡位,好有舊式年代風格既設計,lunch嘅餐牌首先有一份主食之後有餐湯,前菜同嘢飲,我哋嗌咗兩個餐☺️🫕前菜方面每位都有一份醃蘿蔔同忌廉湯,忌廉湯份量比較少,但佢裏面超多粟米粒同肉碎😳,飲落感覺非常濃郁🍜味噌奶醬燒雞塊烏龍麵 $138 :一嚟到奶香味已經芳香撲鼻,賣相唔錯,食落好creamy👍🏻,微微食到味噌香,雞肉經過醃製,食落相當入味,口感唔錯,烏龍麵份量適中,食落煙煙韌韌咁,整體唔錯😋😋🐮芝士牛肉丼飯 $138 :雖然係比較普通嘅丼飯,但呢款芝士🧀牛肉丼飯唔會比芝士蓋過牛肉味,佢只係輕輕加配,然後有乾蔥同洋蔥作吊味,牛肉都好嫩,好入味,飯嘅份量都啱啱好👍🏻🦐卡邦尼蝦球焗法包 $95 :小食方面就嗌咗焗法包,用卡邦尼醬去焗都比較少見,不過味道香濃,亦都唔會好膩😆,裏面加咗煙肉同洋蔥,另外跟咗四件法包,又可以沾醬,蝦球大大粒,蝦肉爽口彈牙,都係經過醃製再一齊焗😍🍹4.3抹茶拿鐵 $58 :呢一杯🐮

🦐卡邦尼蝦球焗法包 $95 :小食方面就嗌咗焗法包,用卡邦尼醬去焗都比較少見,不過味道香濃,亦都唔會好膩😆,裏面加咗煙肉同洋蔥,另外跟咗四件法包,又可以沾醬,蝦球大大粒,蝦肉爽口彈牙,都係經過醃製再一齊焗😍

🍹4.3抹茶拿鐵 $58 :呢一杯🐮4.3抹茶拿鐵,喺出邊都比較少見,多數都會以3.6牛乳去沖製,呢一款係用咗🌼4.3牛乳🌼嘅京都宇治抹茶烹調,果然味道非常濃郁,甘甘地嘅抹茶比牛乳平衡返,甜度正常,真係可以一試🤤

🍮昭和布丁 $48 :呢度必嗌嘅💎昭和布丁💎,佢嘅賣相基本上同係日本食既冇分別,賣相幾得意,打卡就啱晒,不落去比較實,蛋香又夠滑,再配上焦糖,味道更加昇華左😍😍
