To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗深水埗一間車仔麵店，原本見依度個爆漿阿華田西多士好似好出名咁，但想食啲飽肚少少嘅野😝所以叫咗一個車仔麵餐同一份餃子餐～車仔麵4個餸（$52）餸揀咗蘿蔔、香辣魷魚、生菜同豬紅，麵底叫咗油麵，另外揀咗沙嗲汁，上枱見到料都唔算少，另外加咗啲冬菜醬係上面，原本以為係沙嗲，但食落個味原來係冬菜😂都幾惹味～蘿蔔食落幾甜同為咩渣，魷魚有少少辣，都幾爽口，豬紅同油麵就正常發揮😆雙拼招牌煎餃12隻（$60）揀咗韮菜豬肉同芝士栗米（+$3）兩隻餃子都幾好食，上到枱熱辣辣，煎到好香口，餃子食落去要小心，因為啲汁會爆出黎😂，而且味道都唔會太重，覺得啱啱好👍🏿特別鐘意個芝士粟米餃🤤粟米好爽甜，芝士好多，咬落爆曬芝士拉曬絲咁好正😆下次再去會試下個爆漿阿華田西多士，見到好多人都叫，好似好好食咁😍

下次再去會試下個爆漿阿華田西多士，見到好多人都叫，好似好好食咁😍
