To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在假日的上午，我們光顧了意樂餐廳。雖然客人不少，但幸運地立刻有位。餐廳的裝修風格頗具新港式茶餐廳的韻味，讓人倍感舒適。我們點了雞扒和豬扒早餐，兩者都經過精心烹調，肉質鮮嫩多汁，外皮香脆，令人垂涎欲滴。搭配的多士酥脆可口，抹上黃油後更添風味，煎蛋的蛋黃剛好流心，與粟米的甜味相得益彰。再來一杯冰檸茶，清新的酸甜感讓人神清氣爽，而冰奶茶則濃郁香滑，完美平衡了餐點的味道。整體來說，食物的美味讓人印象深刻，而價格也相當合理，物超所值。此外，員工服務態度非常有禮，讓用餐體驗更加愉快。非常推薦給喜愛港式早餐的朋友！
