今日系旺角經過呢間越南餐廳,見到入面坐滿人咁濟,好旺場,就諗住入去試下。- 安南鮮蝦米紙卷米紙外皮煙韌,包住蔬菜好爽口,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,層次極豐富。- 生牛肉湯河粉好大碗,份量都幾多。湯底清甜,額外比青檸檬同埋辣椒加落去,味道會更加豐富。生牛肉浸落湯之後食真係岩岩好,口感好嫩滑。- 濱海伴豬頸肉串燒濱海唔系間間越南餐廳都有,今次系第一次食,就咁睇個名真系唔知咩黎嘅。食落質感似米粉,但比較彈力,加上少許香蔥炸蒜,幾特別。豬頸肉串燒有3串,燒得很香口,爽口彈牙。- 街頭香葉卷撈檬香葉卷由香葉包裹牛肉碎去燒,味道非常獨特,肉質柔軟,多肉汁,香葉的香氣和味道非常濃郁,香葉的香脆程肉碎嘅柔軟增添口感層次。檬粉份量都唔少,加上魚露甜酸汁,酸酸甜甜而不失魚露鹹鮮味,非常開胃。- 上湯灼田園蔬加配$20,非常抵,好大碟!- 熱蜜糖柑桔飲品就加$5, 非常清新,好潤喉。
