To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌶️🌶️🌶️四川菜酸菜魚,一諗起都想食,係旺角都有好幾間選擇,間唔中想食辣野都會簡今次介紹依間鋪頭唔算大,所以坐得比較逼硤,而且坐位唔算多,建議先訂位必食懶鍋酸菜魚($238)紅紅既辣椒,加埋香料花瓣、雪白既魚片,淨係睇顏色已經夠哂吸引,入面仲有大豆芽、寬粉、萵荀,好足料好豐富,味道酸酸辣辣,唔會太咸,愈食愈想食泡椒雞煲(半份$218)成個鍋好香好惹味,雞件份量算多,唔會話切到好細,肉質好嫩好滑唔會鞋,入面除左有洋蔥、乾蔥等基本食材外,意外地搵到豆卜,豆卜吸哂所有醬汁精華好好味雖然叫左BB辣、但辣味已經好足夠,可能會預左大家會加湯打邊爐,如果唔食得辣既朋友,要有心理準備先好試香油海蜇($45)好有麻油味,好爽口,食下辣野再食海蜇,令到海蜇食落口都有少少辣辣地,個人覺得甘樣反而仲好食麻辣豬耳($58)豬耳切得算幼細,唔會話一大舊同多肥肉,豬耳爽口彈牙,辣味十足
